Hero In Training: Summer Camp Day One

Hero In Training: Summer Camp Day One

What a great kick-off to our "Hero in Training" Summer Camp today! Our day started at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, then we rode the trolley to the OKC National Memorial and Museum. We learned about the heroes who are our first responders. Thank you to the staff at the OKC National Memorial and Museum who made the day so memorable. We began our plans for developing a hero documentary throughout the week and we created Orgami. Our Orgami creations were mailed to the people of Japan.

Mr. Jim Elder told us about his life experiences
