On November 12th, twelve professional chefs gather to compete in the annual Taste of Elegance - by creating new and innovative ways to menu pork. Hosted by the Oklahoma Pork Council each chef's dish will be judged on taste, appearance and originality. The winner will then compete a the national level shown on the Food Network.
For $50, the public can enjoy a hearty sample of each pork dish, two glasses of wine and vote for their favorite chef in the People's Choice Award.
